Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the MKI67 gene, which encodes the Ki-67 protein, is pivotal in the field of cancer research and cell proliferation. Ki-67 is a nuclear protein that is an established marker for cellular proliferation, as its expression is tightly associated with the cell cycle and is predominantly present in actively dividing cells. Its presence correlates with tumor growth and is often used as a prognostic biomarker in various cancers, including breast, prostate, and ovarian cancers. Research into MKI67 recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to their potential applications in diagnostics and therapeutic strategies. The ability to produce recombinant Ki-67 allows for the development of targeted assays and antibody-based therapies, paving the way for personalized medicine approaches. Moreover, understanding the molecular mechanisms involved in Ki-67 function can provide valuable insights into cancer biology, including the regulation of cell division and the underlying causes of tumorigenesis. As a result, the characterization of MKI67 recombinant proteins holds significant promise for enhancing our understanding of cancer progression, improving patient stratification, and developing novel treatment modalities.
