Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ISX (Interferon-stimulated gene X) is a key player in the immune response and has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its crucial role in regulating inflammation and immune signaling pathways. The study of ISX restructuring proteins has emerged from the recognition of their potential in therapeutic strategies against various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancers. Initial research highlighted ISX's capacity to modulate gene expression in response to interferons, which are critical components of the innate immune system. As scientists continued to investigate the molecular mechanisms governing ISX's function, they discovered various structural forms of the protein that could influence its activity and interactions with other cellular components. Understanding how these restructuring events occur and their implications for ISX's functionality is essential for developing targeted interventions. Moreover, given the rising prevalence of diseases associated with aberrant immune responses, ongoing research into ISX restructuring proteins aims to harness their properties for drug development and novel treatment modalities. The exploration of ISX’s structure-function relationship is paving the way for innovative approaches in immunotherapy, emphasizing the necessity of further investigations to elucidate the underlying biochemical pathways and their relevance to disease mechanisms.
