Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HNRNPA2B1, a member of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) family, plays a critical role in pre-mRNA processing, splicing, and regulation of gene expression. Research into HNRNPA2B1 has intensified due to its involvement in various cellular processes, such as RNA metabolism and the cellular response to stress. Aberrant expression and mutations of HNRNPA2B1 have been implicated in several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancers, making it a crucial target for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying these conditions. The study of recombinant HNRNPA2B1 protein allows researchers to dissect its functional properties in a controlled environment, providing insights into its RNA-binding capabilities, interactions with other proteins, and the effect of post-translational modifications. Additionally, generating and characterizing recombinant HNRNPA2B1 can facilitate the development of therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its function in disease contexts, thus underscoring its significance in both basic biology and potential clinical applications.
