Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PACSIN1, a member of the PACSIN (Protein Kinase C and Casein Kinase Substrate in Neurons) family, plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including endocytosis, cytoskeleton organization, and cell signaling. Initially identified for its involvement in neuronal development and synaptic functions, PACSIN1 has recently garnered attention in the context of various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The protein functions as a scaffolding molecule, facilitating the interaction between different signaling pathways and cytoskeletal elements, which is essential for maintaining cellular integrity and function. Current research focuses on characterizing PACSIN1's structural properties, interactions with other proteins, and its regulatory mechanisms. Moreover, understanding the role of PACSIN1 in pathological conditions may uncover new therapeutic targets and strategies. Recombinant PACSIN1 protein is crucial for these studies, as it allows researchers to investigate its biochemical properties and interactions in vitro, providing insights into its physiological roles and potential implications in disease. The production of PACSIN1 as a recombinant protein is therefore essential for advancing our knowledge of its function and relevance in both normal cellular physiology and disease pathology.
