Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GLIPR (GLI Pathway Interacting Protein) is a protein that has garnered attention in cancer research due to its role in modulating the Hedgehog signaling pathway, which is crucial for embryonic development and tissue homeostasis. Aberrant activation of this pathway is linked to various cancers, making GLIPR an important molecule for understanding tumorigenesis and potential therapeutic strategies. The study of recombinant GLIPR proteins aims to elucidate their functional mechanisms and interactions within cellular pathways. Researchers are particularly interested in characterizing GLIPR's influence on cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis in cancer cells. By producing recombinant forms of GLIPR, scientists can investigate its structural properties and assess how modifications impact its activity. This research not only seeks to clarify the biological roles of GLIPR but also explores the potential for GLIPR-based therapies and diagnostics, contributing to the broader understanding of cancer and opening avenues for novel treatment approaches. Additionally, the exploration of GLIPR's role in cancer could lead to biomarkers for early detection and prognosis, underscoring its significance in the field of cancer biology.
