Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Aldolase A (ALDOA) is a key enzyme in the glycolytic pathway, facilitating the conversion of fructose 1,6-bisphosphate into glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate and dihydroxyacetone phosphate. This enzyme plays a crucial role in energy metabolism and cellular processes. Research has shown that ALDOA is not only essential for glucose metabolism but also involved in various physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer, where its expression levels can significantly impact tumor growth and progression. Due to its importance in metabolism and potential implications in disease, ALDOA has become a target of interest for therapeutic development. Recombinant ALDOA proteins have been produced and studied to understand their biochemical properties, interactions with other proteins, and regulatory mechanisms. Such studies can provide insights into the enzyme's role in metabolic diseases and facilitate the identification of small molecules that could modulate its activity for therapeutic purposes. Additionally, reconstructions of ALDOA may aid in the exploration of its functions in different tissues and under various physiological conditions. Overall, the investigation of ALDOA as a recombinant protein is a promising area of research that could lead to advancements in both basic biology and clinical applications.
