Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LYVE1 (Lymphatic Vessel Endothelial Hyaluronic Acid Receptor 1) is a type I membrane protein implicated in lymphatic endothelial cell function and the transport of hyaluronic acid (HA), a key component of the extracellular matrix. It is recognized for its role in lymphangiogenesis, tumor metastasis, and immune response modulation. Understanding LYVE1's structure and function is critical for elucidating its contribution to various physiological and pathological processes, including cancer progression and inflammatory diseases. Recent studies have indicated that LYVE1 acts as a marker for lymphatic endothelial cells and plays a potential role in the development of lymphatic-related therapies. Recombinant LYVE1 protein has gained significance in research as a tool for investigating its interactions with ligands and receptor pathways, thereby enhancing our understanding of lymphatic system roles in disease. The production and characterization of LYVE1 as a recombinant protein can facilitate advanced research into its biological mechanisms, therapeutic applications, and potential as a biomarker for lymphatic abnormalities, making it a relevant focus in current biomedical research.
