稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD81 is a tetraspanin protein that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and immune responses. It is predominantly expressed on the surface of B cells, T cells, and other immune cells, making it a key player in the modulation of immune responses. This protein is also implicated in viral infections, as it serves as a receptor for pathogens like hepatitis C virus (HCV). The research surrounding CD81 recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to its potential applications in developing vaccines and therapeutic strategies against viral infections and immune-related diseases. By generating CD81 recombinant proteins, researchers can study its structure, function, and interactions with other cellular molecules in detail. These studies have revealed that CD81 is involved in the formation of immune synapses and plays a role in signaling pathways that regulate cell activation and proliferation. Furthermore, CD81 is a candidate for therapeutic intervention, as targeting this protein may enhance immune responses or inhibit viral entry. Overall, the investigation of CD81 recombinant proteins provides valuable insights into immune system mechanisms and offers prospects for novel treatments against immune disorders and viral diseases.
