Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of PRKCQ (Protein Kinase C Theta), a member of the protein kinase C (PKC) family, has garnered significant interest due to its crucial role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, immune response, and cancer progression. PRKCQ is predominantly expressed in T cells and is integral to the activation and proliferation of these immune cells, making it a key player in adaptive immunity. Dysregulation of PRKCQ has been implicated in autoimmune diseases and certain types of cancers, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, its involvement in inflammatory signaling pathways underscores its relevance in both normal physiological and pathological conditions. The recombinant expression of PRKCQ protein allows for detailed studies of its biochemical properties, interaction with other signaling molecules, and functional assays, paving the way for a better understanding of its mechanisms in health and disease. Overall, research on PRKCQ not only enhances our comprehension of immune regulation but also opens new avenues for the development of targeted therapies in immune-related disorders and malignancies.
