稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FCER2, also known as CD23, is a low-affinity receptor for immunoglobulin E (IgE) and plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses, particularly in allergy and asthma. This glycoprotein is expressed on the surface of B cells and certain other immune cells, where it mediates the presentation of antigens and modulates B cell proliferation and differentiation. Research has shown that FCER2 is involved in the maturation and activation of B cells, influencing IgE production and thus contributing to hypersensitivity reactions. Given its significant role in immune regulation, the study of FCER2 as a recombinant protein has gained considerable interest. Recombinant FCER2 can be utilized in various experimental setups to elucidate its biological functions, offers potential as a therapeutic target for allergic diseases, and aids in the understanding of the mechanisms underlying IgE-mediated allergic responses. Furthermore, the ability to produce and purify recombinant FCER2 facilitates the exploration of its interactions with other immune components, like allergens and cytokines, enhancing our understanding of its role in the immune system. Thus, the research on recombinant FCER2 is pivotal for developing novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for allergic conditions and improving overall immune health.
