稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRELID2, or Pre-Lipid Transfer Protein 2, is a member of the PRELID family known for its involvement in lipid metabolism and cellular homeostasis. Research into PRELID2 has gained significance due to its potential roles in several physiological processes, including membrane trafficking, lipid metabolism, and cell signaling. Studies have shown that PRELID2 is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum and is implicated in the transport of lipids, which are crucial for maintaining cellular structure and function. Moreover, alterations in PRELID2 expression have been associated with various diseases, including obesity, diabetes, and certain cancers, highlighting its importance in health and disease. The regulation of PRELID2 and its interactions with other proteins in lipid pathways are under investigation, aiming to elucidate its functional mechanisms and potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant expression and characterization of PRELID2 can provide insights into its structure-function relationships and facilitate further studies on its biological roles. Understanding the dynamics of PRELID2 and its associated pathways is essential for developing novel strategies to combat metabolic disorders and related diseases.
