稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL22RA2, also known as interleukin-22 receptor alpha 2, is a crucial inhibitory receptor for interleukin-22 (IL-22), a cytokine involved in immune responses and inflammation. It plays a significant role in various pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, infections, and cancer. The IL-22/IL-22RA2 signaling pathway is essential for maintaining epithelial barriers and regulating immune functions in tissues like the gut and skin. Dysregulation of this pathway can contribute to the progression of inflammatory diseases. Research on IL22RA2, particularly the development of its recombinant protein, is critical for understanding its biological functions and therapeutic potential. Recombinant IL22RA2 can serve as a tool for studying the dynamics of IL-22 signaling and its impact on disease mechanisms. It may also have therapeutic implications, as modulating this pathway could offer new strategies for treating conditions such as psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease, and other IL-22-related ailments. By investigating the structure, function, and interactions of IL22RA2, researchers aim to uncover novel insights into cytokine biology and develop innovative approaches for managing inflammatory diseases. This research underscores the importance of IL22RA2 as a potential target for therapeutic intervention, highlighting its relevance in both basic and clinical immunology.
