Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C13orf26, also known as the candidate gene associated with various biological functions, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in several diseases, particularly those related to neurodegeneration and cancer. Initially identified through genomic studies, C13orf26’s expression patterns suggest its involvement in cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Researchers have been particularly interested in its recombinant protein, which could serve as a valuable tool for understanding its biological functions at the molecular level. The recombinant version of C13orf26 enables scientists to investigate its interaction with other proteins and to elucidate the signaling pathways in which it participates. Furthermore, expressed in various cellular systems, the recombinant protein has been instrumental in exploring its post-translational modifications and functional domains. Studies involving the reintroduction of C13orf26 into cellular models have shed light on its effects on cell cycle regulation and apoptosis. Given the gene's implication in disease mechanisms, understanding the properties of its recombinant protein could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies. Continuous research into C13orf26 and its recombinant forms is expected to enhance our understanding of its role in health and disease and to promote potential biotechnological applications.
