Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPP1R2P3, a pseudogene of the PPP1R2 gene, has garnered interest in recent years due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. As a part of the protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit (PPP1R) family, PPP1R2P3 is believed to play a role in the regulation of protein phosphatase 1 (PP1), an essential enzyme involved in numerous cellular functions, including cell division, differentiation, and metabolism. Understanding the expression and function of PPP1R2P3 could illuminate its potential involvement in pathological conditions, such as cancer and metabolic disorders. Moreover, research has indicated that pseudogenes like PPP1R2P3 can have regulatory functions despite their non-coding nature, thus challenging traditional perspectives on gene function. Investigating the reconstitution and characterization of PPP1R2P3 as a recombinant protein could provide insights into its function and regulatory mechanisms, contributing to a broader understanding of its biological significance and potential therapeutic applications.
