Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C11orf82, also known as the LINC00511 gene, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and diseases. Initially discovered through transcriptomic studies, this gene is hypothesized to be involved in cellular signaling pathways and chromatin remodeling, suggesting a significant function in gene regulation. The protein product of C11orf82 is of particular interest in cancer research, as studies have indicated its upregulation in several malignancies, including breast, colorectal, and lung cancers. This overexpression is often correlated with poor prognosis, making it a potential biomarker for cancer progression. Additionally, the exploration of C11orf82's role in other conditions, such as neurodegenerative diseases and developmental disorders, is ongoing, highlighting its importance beyond oncology. To further elucidate the biological functions of C11orf82, researchers are focusing on the expression and purification of its recombinant protein. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of C11orf82 could provide insights into its mechanistic roles in health and disease, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions. As a result, the study of C11orf82 and its recombinant protein presents a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge of gene function and its implications in human health.
