Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C11orf74, also known as LINC01563, has garnered increasing attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and diseases. Its gene is located on chromosome 11 and is classified as a long intergenic non-coding RNA (lincRNA). Initial studies have suggested that C11orf74 may be involved in the regulation of gene expression and cellular signaling pathways, contributing to important physiological functions. Research has indicated its potential implications in cancer progression, where altered expression levels of C11orf74 have been associated with tumorigenesis and poor prognosis in several malignancies. Furthermore, emerging evidence suggests a role for C11orf74 in neural development and function, impacting neurodegenerative conditions. Understanding the exact molecular mechanisms by which C11orf74 operates is critical for elucidating its biological significance and therapeutic potential. The recombinant protein of C11orf74 provides a valuable resource for exploring its functional properties, enabling in-depth studies on its interactions with other proteins and its involvement in cellular processes. Overall, the investigation of C11orf74 and its corresponding recombinant protein holds promise for advancing our knowledge of gene regulation and its potential applications in targeted therapies for diseases, particularly in oncology and neurobiology.
