Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MS4A1, also known as CD20, is a transmembrane protein primarily expressed on the surface of mature B cells. Its significant role in B cell activation, proliferation, and differentiation has made it a focal point of research in immunology and oncology. Since its discovery, MS4A1 has garnered attention as a therapeutic target in various hematological malignancies, particularly Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, where it is often overexpressed. The development of monoclonal antibodies that target MS4A1, such as Rituximab, has revolutionized treatment protocols, improving patient outcomes significantly. Furthermore, research into MS4A1 has expanded into autoimmune diseases, where alterations in its expression can play a role in pathogenesis. The production of recombinant MS4A1 protein has enabled researchers to better understand its function and interactions within the immune system. Studies utilizing this protein help to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying B cell signaling and the potential consequences of MS4A1 modulation. As our understanding of MS4A1 continues to grow, it offers promising avenues for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at manipulating B cell responses in various diseases, showcasing its importance in both basic and clinical research.
