Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPP1R13L, also known as Protein Phosphatase 1 Regulatory Subunit 13 Like, is a member of the regulatory subunit family of protein phosphatase 1 (PP1), which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell division, differentiation, and apoptosis. This protein is implicated in several signaling pathways and is believed to interact with different substrates, modulating their phosphorylation status and, consequently, their function. Studies suggest that alterations in PPP1R13L expression may be associated with various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Researchers have turned their attention to the recombinant production of PPP1R13L to better understand its structure and functional properties, as well as to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. The ability to produce this protein in recombinant form allows for detailed biochemical analysis, high-throughput screening of protein interactions, and the development of antibodies for future studies. Understanding the functional dynamics of PPP1R13L could pave the way for novel strategies in disease intervention, emphasizing the importance of this protein in cellular regulation and disease pathology.
