Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C11orf61, a gene located on chromosome 11, has emerged as a subject of interest in biological research due to its potential involvement in various cellular functions and disease mechanisms. Initially identified through genomic studies, the protein encoded by C11orf61 is thought to play a role in immune responses and cellular signaling pathways. Recent studies have suggested that alterations in C11orf61 expression may be linked to several pathologies, including autoimmune diseases and cancer. Researchers are increasingly focusing on the recombinant protein of C11orf61 to elucidate its biological functions and interactions. By producing this protein in vitro using recombinant DNA technology, scientists aim to investigate its structural characteristics and biochemical properties, as well as its role in cellular processes. Understanding the function of C11orf61 could lead to its potential use as a biomarker for disease diagnosis or progression. Additionally, insights gained from studying the recombinant C11orf61 protein may contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting diseases associated with its dysregulation. Overall, the exploration of C11orf61 and its recombinant protein holds promise for advancing our knowledge of molecular biology and enhancing the understanding of complex disease mechanisms.
