稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD19 is a surface protein predominantly expressed on B cells and plays a crucial role in B cell development, activation, and differentiation. It has become a key target in the field of hematological malignancies, particularly in the context of B cell malignancies such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and certain types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The development of CD19-targeted therapies, including chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy and monoclonal antibodies, has demonstrated significant clinical efficacy. Research on CD19 recombinant proteins focuses on understanding its structure, function, and interactions within the immune system. By generating CD19 recombinant proteins, scientists can explore its potential as a therapeutic target, developing novel strategies for selective targeting of malignant B cells while sparing healthy tissues. Furthermore, these proteins serve as valuable tools for studying B cell signaling pathways, providing insights into how CD19 influences B cell responses. As research progresses, CD19 recombinant proteins are expected to contribute significantly to the development of innovative immunotherapeutic approaches for treating B cell-related diseases.
