Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADAMDEC1 (A Disintegrin And Metalloproteinase, Domain Containing 1) is a member of the ADAM family, which plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and signaling. This protein is primarily expressed in dendritic cells and has been implicated in immune responses and inflammation. Research indicates that ADAMDEC1 may be involved in the modulation of antigen presentation and the regulation of T-cell activation, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in autoimmune diseases and cancer. The recombinant form of ADAMDEC1 can be utilized in various experimental settings to further elucidate its biological functions and mechanisms of action. By studying this protein, researchers aim to unravel its contributions to immune modulation and pathogenesis, potentially leading to novel strategies for disease management. Advanced techniques such as crystallography and molecular modeling are often employed to understand its structural properties and interactions with other cellular components. Overall, the investigation of ADAMDEC1 and its recombinant protein form holds promise for advancing our understanding of immune biology and developing innovative therapeutic approaches.
