Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POU6F2 is a member of the POU (Pit-Oct-Unc) transcription factor family, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including neural development and differentiation. Research on POU6F2 has gained traction due to its potential involvement in neurogenesis and its implications in neurodegenerative diseases. The protein is predominantly expressed in the brain, particularly within specific neuronal populations, suggesting its significance in regulating genes associated with neuronal function and survival. Studies have indicated that POU6F2 may influence the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells, thereby impacting brain development and regenerative processes. Furthermore, alterations in POU6F2 expression levels have been linked to various neurodevelopmental disorders, prompting investigations into its molecular mechanisms. By exploring the role of POU6F2 through recombinant protein studies, researchers aim to elucidate its functions, interactions with other proteins, and contribution to signaling pathways that govern neuronal health. These insights could lead to potential therapeutic strategies for managing conditions associated with POU6F2 dysregulation, reinforcing the importance of this transcription factor in both fundamental biology and clinical applications.
