Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Pld3, or phospholipase D family member 3, is an enzyme that plays a significant role in lipid metabolism and cell signaling pathways. Its involvement in various biological processes has attracted attention in recent years, particularly in relation to its potential implications in diseases like cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Research indicates that Pld3 may participate in membrane dynamics and cellular responses, contributing to pathways that modulate cell proliferation, survival, and apoptosis. Furthermore, genetic studies have associated mutations in the Pld3 gene with altered risk for certain diseases, suggesting a critical role in maintaining cellular homeostasis. The expression patterns of Pld3 in different tissues and its enzymatic activity have underscored its importance in biological research, prompting investigations into its functional mechanisms. Recombinant Pld3 protein has been developed to facilitate studies on its biochemical properties and interactions, paving the way for elucidating its specific roles in health and disease. Understanding Pld3's function at a molecular level could provide insights into novel therapeutic targets and strategies for managing diseases tied to lipid dysregulation and aberrant cell signaling.
