Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C10orf81, also known as the "chromosome 10 open reading frame 81," is a gene located on human chromosome 10 that has gained attention in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Studies suggest that C10orf81 may be implicated in various biological functions, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and immune responses. Its relevance has been particularly noted in the context of neurodegenerative diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer, where alterations in its expression could contribute to disease progression. Researchers are increasingly focusing on the recombinant expression of C10orf81 to facilitate functional studies and explore its role in these complex pathologies. By producing a recombinant version of the C10orf81 protein, scientists aim to investigate its structural characteristics, interaction with other proteins, and influence on cellular pathways. This understanding could pave the way for developing therapeutic strategies targeting the dysregulation of C10orf81 in disease contexts. Overall, the study of C10orf81 and its recombinant protein variant represents a promising frontier in molecular biology and could offer insights into the intricate relationships between genetic factors and human health.
