Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POU2F3, a member of the POU family of transcription factors, plays a crucial role in the development and function of epithelial tissues, particularly in the olfactory epithelium and various secretory glands. The protein is vital for the regulation of genes involved in cell differentiation, proliferation, and tissue homeostasis. Research on POU2F3 has gained momentum due to its emerging significance in cancer biology; aberrant expression of this transcription factor has been linked to oncogenesis and tumor progression in certain cancers. Furthermore, POU2F3 has been implicated in the maintenance of stem cell properties and the regulation of immune responses. The creation of recombinant POU2F3 proteins has enabled scientists to investigate its biochemical properties, binding affinities, and interaction with DNA and other transcriptional cofactors. These studies are essential for understanding its role in gene regulation and its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which POU2F3 influences cellular processes could provide insights into novel strategies for cancer treatment and regenerative medicine. Overall, the exploration of POU2F3 and its recombinant forms is pivotal for advancing our understanding of epithelial biology and its implications in health and disease.
