Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POU2F1, also known as Octamer-binding transcription factor 1 (Oct1), is a crucial member of the POU (Pit-Oct-Unc) family of transcription factors that play a significant role in the regulation of gene expression during development and differentiation. This protein binds to octamer motifs in the promoters and enhancers of target genes, influencing processes such as cellular proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research into POU2F1 has gained traction due to its involvement in various biological processes and its implications in diseases, particularly in cancers where POU2F1 has been shown to be overexpressed and associated with poor prognosis. Additionally, its role in immune system function, specifically in B-cell maturation and antibody production, highlights its importance in immunology. The study of POU2F1 recombinant protein has opened avenues for understanding its structure-function relationship, interaction with other proteins, and overall contribution to cellular networks. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, researchers are able to produce POU2F1 in sufficient quantities for in-depth functional studies, including its role in transcriptional regulation and potential as a therapeutic target. As such, POU2F1 represents a vital focus for ongoing research aimed at elucidating its multifaceted roles in health and disease.
