Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSNK1G2, or Casein Kinase 1 Gamma 2, is a member of the Casein kinase family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes such as signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, and the circadian rhythm. This serine/threonine kinase is involved in the phosphorylation of proteins that are integral to these pathways, thus influencing cellular activities and functions. Mutations and dysregulation of CSNK1G2 have been associated with several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Research into the recombinant expression of CSNK1G2 is pivotal for understanding its biochemical properties, functional roles, and interactions with other cellular proteins. Moreover, producing this recombinant protein allows for in vitro analyses, enabling researchers to dissect its enzymatic activity and regulatory mechanisms. By elucidating the structure-function relationship of CSNK1G2, scientists aim to uncover the molecular basis of its involvement in pathologies, paving the way for the development of novel pharmacological strategies. Thus, the investigation of CSNK1G2 recombinant protein is essential not only for basic biological research but also for potential clinical applications.
