Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACTL8, a member of the actin-like protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its crucial role in cellular processes such as cytoskeletal dynamics and cell motility. Unlike classical actins, ACTL8 serves specialized functions in various cellular contexts, particularly in the regulation of gene expression and maintenance of cellular architecture. Recent studies indicate that ACTL8 may contribute to tumor progression and metastasis, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Furthermore, the recombinant expression of ACTL8 in model systems allows researchers to investigate its biochemical properties and interactions with other proteins, providing valuable insights into its functional mechanisms. The detailed characterization of ACTL8, including its structure-function relationships and regulatory pathways, is essential for understanding its involvement in health and disease. Through these investigations, scientists aim to develop therapeutic strategies targeting ACTL8-related pathways, ultimately advancing our knowledge of cellular biology and contributing to the development of innovative cancer treatments.
