稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C10orf118, also known as "protein of unknown function 118," has garnered interest in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes and diseases. Initially identified through genomic studies as a gene of unknown function located on chromosome 10, C10orf118 is hypothesized to play a part in cellular signaling and regulation. Research suggests that it might be involved in cellular proliferation, differentiation, and the response to cellular stress. The study of recombinant C10orf118 protein has become crucial for elucidating its biological role, as well as its interactions with other proteins and pathways within cells. Understanding the function of C10orf118 could lead to novel insights into metabolic disorders, cancers, and developmental anomalies. Given its emerging significance, researchers are focusing on characterizing its structure, dynamics, and potential interactions using recombinant techniques, which facilitate the production of the protein in a controlled environment. This research could pave the way for discovering biomarkers or therapeutic targets linked to diseases associated with dysregulation of C10orf118. Overall, investigating C10orf118 and its recombinant forms is critical for advancing our understanding of its biological functions and implications in health and disease.
