Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BUB1, or Budding Uninhibited by Benzimidazole 1, is a critical protein involved in the regulation of the cell cycle and spindle assembly checkpoint, ensuring accurate chromosome segregation during mitosis. The importance of BUB1 in maintaining genomic stability has led to significant interest in its study, particularly in the context of cancer biology, where its dysregulation is often associated with aneuploidy and tumorigenesis. Research has elucidated various functions of BUB1, including the phosphorylation of target proteins that are essential for checkpoint signaling and the recruitment of other key components to the kinetochores. Given its pivotal role in mitotic control, BUB1 has emerged as a potential therapeutic target, prompting investigations into the development of small molecules that can modulate its activity. Furthermore, the structural studies of BUB1 provide insights into its interaction mechanisms and functional dynamics within the larger mitotic network. Understanding BUB1's role at a molecular level not only enhances our comprehension of cell cycle regulation but also opens new avenues for targeted cancer therapies that exploit its vulnerabilities, underscoring the significance of BUB1 in both basic research and clinical applications.
