Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POLE2, a key component of the DNA polymerase epsilon complex, plays a crucial role in DNA replication and repair, functioning primarily in the synthesis of the leading strand. Recent studies have highlighted its importance in maintaining genomic stability and its potential involvement in various pathologies, including cancer. Mutations or dysregulation of POLE2 can lead to defects in DNA replication, resulting in increased genomic instability, which is a hallmark of many malignancies. Research has focused on characterizing the structure and function of POLE2, aiming to understand its role in cellular processes and its interactions with other proteins involved in the replication and repair machinery. Moreover, the study of POLE2 and its related pathways has opened new avenues for targeted therapies, particularly for cancers characterized by POLE2 mutations. Understanding the biochemical properties of POLE2 and its implications in tumorigenesis could provide valuable insights into novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. Consequently, ongoing research endeavors are directed toward elucidating the mechanisms by which POLE2 contributes to genomic integrity and exploring its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target in cancer treatment.
