稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD99, a cell surface glycoprotein encoded by the PAX gene family, plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and immune responses. It is predominantly expressed in leukocytes and endothelial cells and is involved in the pathophysiology of several diseases, particularly in hematological malignancies and autoimmune disorders. Research has demonstrated that CD99 influences T-cell activation and may modulate apoptosis in certain immune contexts. Moreover, it has been identified as a potential therapeutic target due to its involvement in tumor progression and metastasis in various cancers. The recombinant CD99 protein has become a focal point of study, as it offers a means to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying these biological activities and to explore its potential utility in diagnostics and targeted therapies. Investigations into the structure-function relationships of CD99, along with its interactions with other cellular proteins, can provide insight into its role in disease mechanisms. Furthermore, recombinant forms of CD99 can be used in the development of monoclonal antibodies and other biopharmaceuticals, paving the way for novel treatment strategies in cancer and inflammatory diseases. Overall, the research into CD99 recombinant proteins represents a promising avenue for advancing our understanding of immune regulation and enhancing therapeutic interventions in various disease contexts.
