稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FcgR3B, or Fc gamma receptor IIIb, is a key player in the immune system, primarily expressed on neutrophils, and plays a crucial role in mediating antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis and cytotoxicity. Research on FcgR3B has garnered attention due to its involvement in various immune responses and its potential implications in autoimmune diseases, infections, and cancer. Unlike its counterpart FcgR3A, FcgR3B possesses a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor instead of a transmembrane domain, which alters its signaling properties and interaction with immune complexes. This structural difference makes the study of FcgR3B particularly important for understanding its unique functions and roles in mediating immune responses. Additionally, polymorphisms in the FcgR3B gene have been linked to varying susceptibilities to diseases, further highlighting the receptor's clinical relevance. The development of recombinant FcgR3B proteins can facilitate detailed studies into its binding affinities, receptor-ligand interactions, and potential therapeutic applications. These recombinant proteins can also serve as valuable tools in elucidating the mechanistic pathways of immune responses, evaluating drug efficacy, and discovering novel therapeutic targets. As the scientific community continues to explore the complexities of immune regulation, FcgR3B remains a compelling subject for research, promising insights into both fundamental immunology and applications in personalized medicine.
