  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

BRRN1, known as Bacterial Respiration Regulator N1, is a significant protein that has garnered attention in recent years due to its role in bacterial metabolic processes and environmental adaptability. Research has shown that BRRN1 is involved in the regulation of respiratory pathways in bacteria, playing a crucial role in energy conservation and substrate utilization. Understanding this protein is vital, as bacterial respiration is linked to various ecological processes, including nutrient cycling and bioremediation. Additionally, since BRRN1 exhibits unique structural and functional characteristics, it serves as a valuable model for studying protein interactions and regulatory mechanisms in prokaryotes. Investigations into BRRN1's structure, function, and regulatory networks not only reveal insights into bacterial physiology but also have potential applications in biotechnology and medicine, such as developing novel antimicrobial strategies or optimizing industrial fermentation processes. Consequently, the study of BRRN1 contributions to bacterial respiration presents a promising avenue for addressing both fundamental questions in microbiology and practical challenges in environmental management.
