Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BRPF1 (Bromodomain and PHD finger-containing protein 1) is a vital member of the BRPF family known for its role as a coactivator in transcriptional regulation. The protein is characterized by the presence of bromodomains, which are crucial for binding to acetylated lysine residues on histones, thereby linking it to chromatin remodeling and gene expression modulation. Research has shown that BRPF1 is involved in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, differentiation, and development. Dysregulation of BRPF1 has been associated with various diseases, particularly cancers, where it may contribute to tumorigenesis by altering the expression of key oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes. Additionally, BRPF1's interactions with other chromatin-associated proteins highlight its significance in maintaining epigenetic balance. As a result, understanding the structural properties and functional mechanisms of BRPF1 is critical for elucidating its role in health and disease. This foundational knowledge has motivated ongoing research efforts to explore BRPF1 as a potential therapeutic target, particularly in the context of cancer treatment and epigenetic modulation strategies. The production of recombinant BRPF1 proteins for biochemical and structural studies is essential to advance our understanding of its functions and interactions, which may ultimately pave the way for innovative therapeutic approaches.
