Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CAPRIN1 is a capping protein involved in various cellular processes, including mRNA metabolism, stress responses, and cellular signaling. Its role in regulating the stability and translation of mRNA suggests that CAPRIN1 is crucial for maintaining proper gene expression and cellular homeostasis. Recent studies have indicated that CAPRIN1 may play a significant role in cancer biology, as its expression levels appear to correlate with tumor progression and poor prognosis in various malignancies. Given its involvement in the cellular stress response, CAPRIN1 may also be associated with neurodegenerative diseases, where it could contribute to the dysregulation of RNA metabolism. Therefore, understanding the structural and functional characteristics of CAPRIN1, particularly in the context of recombinant protein technologies, is essential for elucidating its biological roles. Research on CAPRIN1 recombinant proteins can facilitate the investigation of its interactions with other proteins and RNA molecules, potentially leading to new therapeutic targets. Additionally, studying CAPRIN1 in various biological contexts may unravel its mechanistic pathways and impact on disease progression, providing insights that could drive innovative treatment strategies. Overall, the exploration of CAPRIN1 as a research target holds promise for advancing our understanding of its multifaceted roles in health and disease.
