Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on PLRG1 (Pleiotropic Regulators of Gene Expression 1) recombinant protein stems from its significant role in various cellular processes, particularly its involvement in mRNA splicing and gene regulation. Recognized as a crucial component of the spliceosomal machinery, PLRG1 is essential for the proper functioning of spliceosomes, which are responsible for the removal of introns from pre-mRNA. Aberrant splicing has been implicated in numerous diseases, including cancer and genetic disorders, highlighting the importance of understanding PLRG1's function and regulation. The production of recombinant PLRG1 protein allows researchers to investigate its structural properties, interaction with other spliceosomal components, and its role in alternative splicing events. By studying PLRG1 in a controlled environment, scientists aim to elucidate its contributions to the splicing process and its broader implications in cellular health and disease. This research is crucial for developing targeted therapies that could mitigate the effects of diseases associated with splicing dysregulation, making PLRG1 a valuable focus in the field of molecular biology and genetics.
