稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD177, also known as neutrophil antigen 1 (NA1), is a glycoprotein predominantly expressed on the surface of human neutrophils and plays a pivotal role in immune responses, particularly in the regulation of leukocyte adhesion and migration. Research into CD177 focuses on its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including inflammation, autoimmune diseases, and infection. The significance of CD177 is underscored by its polymorphic nature, which can influence susceptibility to certain diseases and the effectiveness of immune responses. Recent studies have explored the potential of recombinant CD177 proteins as therapeutic agents or as biomarkers for clinical diagnostics due to their critical role in the immune system. The production of recombinant CD177 protein can facilitate the study of its structure-function relationships and its interactions with other molecules, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting this glycoprotein. Furthermore, understanding the mechanistic pathways involving CD177 could lead to advancements in treating disorders characterized by dysregulated neutrophil activity, such as chronic inflammatory diseases and sepsis. Therefore, the exploration of CD177 recombinant protein is pivotal in enhancing our understanding of immune regulation and developing targeted therapies, making it a focal point of ongoing biomedical research.
