稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GLIPR1 (Gastric Lipase Inhibitor of Protein 1) is a protein that has gained attention due to its potential implications in various biological processes, including cancer progression, apoptosis, and cellular signaling pathways. Initially identified as a gene associated with gastric tissue, it has been observed that GLIPR1 exhibits differential expression in several tumors, suggesting its involvement in tumorigenesis and metastasis. Research indicates that GLIPR1 may play a role in regulating cell proliferation and survival, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant expression of GLIPR1 allows for detailed studies on its structure-function relationship and interaction with other cellular components, providing crucial insights into its mechanism of action. By producing GLIPR1 in a controlled laboratory setting, researchers can investigate its functional properties, potential as a biomarker, and the therapeutic viability in targeting GLIPR1-related pathways in cancer and other diseases. Understanding the biology of GLIPR1 at a molecular level may yield novel strategies for diagnosis and treatment, highlighting the importance of this protein in the field of biomedical research.
