稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPSA (Ribosomal Protein SA) is a multifunctional protein that plays a critical role in ribosome assembly and function, as well as cellular signaling pathways. Research into RPSA has garnered attention due to its involvement in various biological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Notably, RPSA has been implicated in cancer progression, as its overexpression is often associated with tumorigenesis and poor prognosis in several cancer types. Furthermore, RPSA has been discovered to interact with a variety of cellular partners, which highlights its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant production of RPSA allows for detailed structural and functional studies, providing insights into its mechanisms of action. By generating RPSA in a simplified expression system, researchers can investigate its role in ribosome biogenesis and its broader implications in disease. Understanding RPSA's structure and function could pave the way for novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies in cancer and other diseases, making it a promising focus of ongoing research in molecular biology and medicine.
