Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Recombinant RPS9 protein, a component of the ribosomal protein family, plays a crucial role in the assembly and function of ribosomes, the cellular machinery responsible for protein synthesis. Its importance extends beyond basic biology, as alterations in ribosomal components have been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and ribosomopathies. The study of RPS9, specifically its structure, interactions, and functionality, provides valuable insights into ribosomal biogenesis and translational regulation. Advanced techniques in molecular biology and biochemistry have allowed researchers to produce recombinant RPS9, enabling detailed examinations of its properties and roles. Understanding the mechanisms governing RPS9's function not only enhances our knowledge of ribosome assembly but may also reveal potential therapeutic targets for diseases associated with ribosomal dysfunction. Given the therapeutic potential and broader implications of ribosomal proteins in human health, the research on recombinant RPS9 is pivotal in both fundamental and applied sciences.
