Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PKN3 (Protein Kinase N3) is a member of the PKC (Protein Kinase C) family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Research has shown that PKN3 is involved in the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics, particularly in relation to stress fibers and focal adhesions. Its dysregulation has been linked to several pathological conditions, including cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of PKN3 to elucidate its structure-function relationships and regulatory mechanisms. By using recombinant protein techniques, researchers aim to produce PKN3 in a controlled environment, enabling detailed biochemical and biophysical characterizations. This allows for the exploration of its enzymatic activity and interaction partners, which are vital for understanding its role in cellular signaling pathways. Furthermore, the development of PKN3 inhibitors may provide therapeutic avenues for conditions associated with its aberrant function. The ongoing research on PKN3 recombinant proteins lays the groundwork for potential strategies in drug development and novel therapeutic interventions.
