Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TWSG1, or Thymosin Beta-4-Associated Protein 1, is a glycoprotein that plays a significant role in various physiological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and tissue regeneration. Its involvement in developmental biology and wound healing has garnered interest from researchers, as it modulates the activity of several signaling pathways, including those related to the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) and transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β). Dysregulation of TWSG1 expression has been linked to various pathologies, including cancer and fibrosis, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. Studies have shown that recombinant TWSG1 proteins can promote angiogenesis and improve cellular responses to injury by enhancing the migration and proliferation of stem and progenitor cells. Additionally, TWSG1's interaction with extracellular matrix components has implications for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications. The production and characterization of recombinant TWSG1 proteins are crucial for understanding its functional roles and therapeutic potential. By elucidating the structure-function relationships of TWSG1, researchers aim to harness its properties for innovative treatments in wound healing, tissue repair, and cancer therapy. The ongoing research on TWSG1 continues to reveal its multifaceted roles in biology and its promise as a target for clinical applications, positioning it as a significant protein of interest in current biomedical research.
