稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PITRM1, also known as Mitochondrial Intermediate Peptidase 1, plays a crucial role in mitochondrial protein maturation by processing precursor proteins imported into the mitochondria. Research into PITRM1 has gained traction due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including mitochondrial function, apoptosis, and cellular stress responses. Dysregulation of PITRM1 expression or function has been linked to several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The study of recombinant PITRM1 proteins is essential for understanding its biochemical properties, substrate specificity, and role in mitochondrial biology. By producing and characterizing recombinant PITRM1, researchers aim to elucidate the mechanisms underlying its function, identify potential inhibitors or modulators, and explore its interactions with other mitochondrial proteins. Moreover, insights gained from this research could lead to novel strategies for targeting PITRM1 in disease contexts, thus contributing to the development of new therapeutic approaches. Overall, the exploration of PITRM1 through recombinant protein studies underscores its significance in maintaining mitochondrial integrity and cellular homeostasis.
