稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GJA1, also known as Connexin 43 (Cx43), is a key protein in gap junctions that facilitates intercellular communication by forming channels between adjacent cells. Its role in various physiological processes, including cardiac function, cell proliferation, and differentiation, makes it a critical subject of study in cell biology and medicine. Mutations or dysregulation of GJA1 have been implicated in a variety of pathologies, including cardiac diseases, osteochondromas, and certain types of cancer. Research has increasingly focused on the recombinant expression of GJA1 to better understand its functional mechanisms and interaction with other cellular components. The production of GJA1 as a recombinant protein allows for in-depth biophysical and biochemical studies, enabling researchers to investigate its role in cell signaling and maintain overall cellular homeostasis. Additionally, insights gained from such studies can lead to novel therapeutic approaches for conditions associated with GJA1 dysfunction. As the exploration of GJA1 continues, its potential integration into gene therapy and regenerative medicine represents an exciting frontier, underlining the importance of this protein in health and disease. Understanding the structure-function relationship of GJA1 through recombinant protein studies may also pave the way for developing targeted interventions that could correct or compensate for its malfunction in various diseases. Thus, the study of GJA1 recombinant protein is not only vital for elucidating its biological significance but also for harnessing its potential in therapeutic applications.
