Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BBX (Basic/Helix-Loop-Helix transcription factor) proteins play a critical role in various biological processes, particularly in plant development and stress response. The interest in BBX proteins has grown due to their involvement in light signaling pathways, which are essential for optimizing photosynthesis and plant growth. In recent years, advancements in molecular biology have allowed researchers to investigate the structural and functional properties of BBX proteins in greater detail. These studies reveal that BBX proteins interact with other transcription factors and signaling molecules, which suggest their regulatory roles in gene expression during photomorphogenesis and abiotic stress responses. Furthermore, the exploration of BBX protein derivatives, including recombinant forms, has gained traction as potential tools for enhancing crop resilience and yield under changing environmental conditions. Overall, ongoing research on BBX proteins and their recombinant variants aims to elucidate their complex functions in plant biology and to leverage this knowledge for agricultural improvements.
