Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PIP5K3, or Phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate 5-kinase type 3, is an enzyme that plays a critical role in the synthesis of phosphoinositides, particularly phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2), which are essential for various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cytoskeleton organization, and membrane trafficking. The dysregulation of PIP5K3 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Recent studies have shown that PIP5K3 can influence cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis through its ability to modulate lipid signaling pathways. As researchers seek to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying these processes, the development of recombinant PIP5K3 protein is essential for biochemical and structural studies. By expressing and purifying PIP5K3 in a suitable system, researchers can examine its enzymatic activity, protein-protein interactions, and regulatory mechanisms. Furthermore, the recombinant protein serves as a valuable tool for investigating its role in cellular signaling and disease pathogenesis, potentially leading to the identification of novel drug targets. Overall, the study of PIP5K3 and its recombinant protein holds significant promise for advancing our understanding of cellular dynamics and the development of new therapeutic strategies.
