稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-25, also known as interleukin-17E, is a cytokine that plays a crucial role in immune responses, particularly in the context of allergic inflammation and asthma. It is predominantly secreted by Th2 cells and contributes to the activation of various immune cells, leading to the production of IgE and the recruitment of eosinophils, which are key players in allergic reactions. Research on recombinant IL-25 has gained momentum due to its potential therapeutic applications in treating asthma and other allergic diseases. Scientists have been investigating the signaling pathways mediated by IL-25 and its interactions with other cytokines in the Th2 immune response. Understanding the molecular mechanisms through which IL-25 exerts its effects could pave the way for the development of new strategies to modulate immune responses in allergic conditions. Additionally, recombinant IL-25 has been used in preclinical models to study its role in disease progression and to explore novel interventions aimed at attenuating Th2-mediated inflammation. Overall, the study of recombinant IL-25 holds promise for advancing our understanding of allergic diseases and contributing to the development of targeted therapies to enhance patient outcomes.
