稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCNB1, or cyclin B1, is a critical regulatory protein involved in the control of the cell cycle, particularly during the transition from the G2 phase to mitosis. It forms complexes with cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), primarily CDK1, to promote the initiation of mitosis. Understanding the function and regulation of CCNB1 is crucial, as dysregulation of this protein can lead to various diseases, including cancer. Abnormal expression levels of CCNB1 have been associated with tumorigenesis, where its overexpression often correlates with poor prognosis in several cancer types. Research on recombinant CCNB1 proteins has gained momentum as it allows for detailed studies of its structure, function, and interactions with other cellular components. By producing CCNB1 in recombinant systems, researchers can investigate its role in cell cycle regulation, explore the mechanisms of CDK activation, and develop potential therapeutic strategies aimed at targeting cyclin B1/CDK complexes. Additionally, these studies can facilitate the identification of small molecules or antibodies that can disrupt aberrant CCNB1 activity in cancer cells, offering new avenues for cancer treatment. Overall, the recombinant expression of CCNB1 serves as a powerful tool for elucidating the complexities of cell cycle regulation and its implications in human diseases.
