Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BAZ2A is a member of the BAZ2 family of proteins, which are characterized by their involvement in chromatin remodeling and regulation of gene expression. This protein plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including differentiation, proliferation, and the maintenance of genome stability. BAZ2A has been associated with several biological functions, such as the regulation of certain developmental pathways and the modulation of DNA damage response mechanisms. Recent studies have highlighted its potential involvement in cancer biology, where aberrant expression of BAZ2A may contribute to tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying BAZ2A's action can provide insights into its role in health and disease. Researchers are focusing on elucidating the structural features and functional domains of BAZ2A, as well as its interactions with other chromatin-associated proteins. The development of recombinant BAZ2A proteins is essential for characterizing its biochemical properties and understanding its role in chromatin dynamics. This research is not only important for basic biology but could also have implications for therapeutic strategies targeting misregulated chromatin remodeling in diseases such as cancer. Overall, the study of BAZ2A and its recombinant forms is a growing field that offers promising avenues for advancing our knowledge of gene regulation and developing novel interventions for diseases linked to chromatin dysfunction.
